1. Costs/Fees/Charges We will try our best at all times to come up with a quote that is lower than your budget. When a set price has been agreed upon, client will be required to pay 100% for orders under $750, and a minimum of 50% upfront for orders of $750 and above (the remaining 50% being due upon acceptence of the final, completed product). HostBright.net retains rights to all graphics, logo, and all properties created for the client, until the entire payment has been received and processed. 2. Copyright & Ownership Upon completion of the project, HostBright.net transfers all rights of all custom designs/programming created by HostBright.net to the client. HostBright.net reserves the right to resell all products created by HostBright.net developers which have not been paid in full for. HostBright.net reserves the right to display and showcase projects created for the client as examples on the HostBright.net website. 3. Refunds HostBright.net provides a 7 day money back guarantee, starting from when a price has been negotiated and accepted. A 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your order amount after 7 days. 4. Non-Communication If client can not be reached by any means for over 60 (sixty) consecutive days, the project will be cancelled with no further notice, and no refund will be given. 5. Liability Services purchased from HostBright.net are provided as is without warranty of any kind that the project will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall HostBright.net be liable to the client for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the website, services, and/or goods provided to the client. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or other losses directly resulting from the use of the website, services, and/or goods provided to the client. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the client. 6. Misc HostBright.net reserves the right to deny any project, may it be enethical, morally questionable, detasteful, or anything else within reason. By submitting your down payment to HostBright.net, you are agreeing to all of our terms of service stated here, as well as our general terms of service found at http://www.hostbright.net/tos.php. HostBright.net reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
